My adventure began with a deep dive into the world of marketing at the University of Bristol, where I pursued my master’s in management marketing. As part of this chapter, I worked on a dissertation focusing on "How Social Media and Word of Mouth Influence the Buying Behavior in the Indian Fashion Industry." using interviews and surveys as its methodology. This research experience not only added depth to my academic journey but also equipped me with insights that continue to influence my strategic marketing approach.
Building on my foundation, I pursued an MBA at the University of Tampa. Equipped with HubSpot certifications in Social Media Marketing, E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and Content Marketing, I embarked on a journey to understand the complexities of digital landscapes. In addition to my academic pursuits, I actively participated as a Subject Matter of Expert (SME) in the American Marketing Association (AMA) at University of Tampa. In this role, I took the responsibility of sending out Monday newsletters and post-event surveys, to contribute to the chapter’s continuous improvement and engagement.
