Project Overview 

The project focuses on exploring the brand experience created by The Candle Pour which is more than just a candle-making company. This analysis focuses on how it differentiates itself from its competitors by creating a memorable and enjoyable experience. The core of this paper was to understand their brand elements and how customers perceive their brand using social media.

  • Brand Development:

    • Mastery in creating a brand identity that goes beyond the product, emphasizing the overall experience.

    • Skill in using colors, symbols, and ambiance to convey a specific brand image.

  • Customer Perception Analysis:

    • Ability to analyze and interpret customer reviews for insights into brand perception.

    • Skills in responding to customer feedback and managing online reputation.

  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Competence in developing and implementing a social media strategy across multiple platforms.

    • Understanding of content types (posts, reels, stories) and their impact on engagement.

  • Market Analysis and Recommendations:

    • Competency in analyzing competitors and recommending strategic actions for brand improvement.

    • Proficiency in identifying opportunities for brand extension (wax face masks) and partnerships (influencer marketing).

  • Advertising and Promotion:

    • Knowledge in advertising on Instagram, including Shopping Ads and utilizing the Instagram Explore tab for product promotion.

    • Skills in leveraging social media for brand awareness and attracting new customers.
