Project Overview 

The primary goal of the Educaid Me digital brand marketing plan was to establish and enhance the organization's brand presence through digital channels. Specifically, the plan aimed to create awareness about Educaid Me, to make its services accessible to students, and to engage volunteers and donors. The overarching objective was to build a robust foundation for the organization's growth and impact in the educational support sector.

  • Strategic Planning: Developed a comprehensive plan outlining organizational goals, branding strategies, and digital marketing approaches.

  • Brand Development:

    • Acquired skills in choosing brand elements and creating a consistent brand identity.

    • Developed a brand name, logo, tagline, and color palette aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

    • Developed a cohesive and compelling brand identity to resonate with the target audience.

  • Digital Marketing:

    • Website Development & SEO Optimization:

      • Defined the website layout and design process.

      • Optimized SEO by incorporating targeted keywords based on volume, searches, and trends.

    • Social Media Marketing:

      • Established clear campaign goals for social media.

      • Developed a content calendar for June and July to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

    • Email Marketing:

      • Strategized email communication to effectively engage the audience.

      • Provided relevant information through a sample email for interested parties.

  • Analytical Skills: Conducted a SWOT analysis to identify competitive advantages and challenges, guiding the strategic direction.
