The project aimed to conduct a comprehensive analysis of two skincare brands, The Ordinary and COSRX, focusing on their product positioning and promotional strategies. It focuses on how the consumers perceive the brands, examining the alignment between the brand positioning and consumer views. It explores similarities and differences in communication strategies and product positioning. Surveys are conducted to analyze consumer preferences, decision-making factors, and brand preferences. Finally, conclusions are drawn based on the analysis and strategic recommendations for both brands are provided.
